You Xuande, a taoist, is good at taoist style WuDang Tai Chi, and also is the leader of the 14th generation of WuDang Internal Kung Fu (Martial Arts).

You Xuande is a famous master of Tai Chi among Chinese Tai Chi field, and a leader of Taoism who has influenced widely all over the world. He has many students and disciples in 52 countries. He has often been abroad to teach Tai Chi, such as the USA, Italy, Germany, France, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand. Being a 14th generation descendent of Wudang Tai Chi Chuan, he is a famous master of martial arts and representative of Wudang Wushu in China.
Wudang Mountain is a famous sacred place of Taoism in China. In the Song Dynasty, the great master Zhang Sanfeng watched a bird and a snake fighting in Wudang Mountain one day. Later, Zhang Sanfeng created the movements of Tai Chi Chuan. He was regarded as the common founder of all Tai Chi styles in China. Wudang Kungfu became world-famous. Now, one word, “South Wudang is revered, North Shaolin has great importance” is known to everyone in China
Wudang Tai Chi Kung Fu has the characteristics of taking emptiness as source and stake as root, moving like a snake and standing like a hillock. It integrates main and collateral channels science of traditional Chinese medicine, and focuses on internal Kung Fu practice. It pays attention to Tuna (breathing
) and Daoyin (Chinese traditional body-building exercise which combines breathing control, body and limb movements, concentration of mind, etc.) in order to improve the metabolism, regulating Yin and Yang, adjusting main and collateral channels, and reach the purpose of natural healing, intelligence enhancement and life span prolongation. You Xuande practices focuses on Tuna and Daoyin, and the practice of internal Chi Kung (Qigong).
