20. Wave Hands like Clouds, Right (Three)
(l) Turn the upper part of the body to the left and shift the weight to the left leg, toes of the right foot inward. Move the right palm in a vertical circle downward and in front of the left shoulder, palm inward. Look at the left hook hand. (Fig.l17)
(2) The right palm continues to draw a Vertical cycle to the right, palm inward. Change the left hook into a palm and move it in a vertical circle downward past the abdomen- At the same time, turn the 1eft forearm outward, palm gradually from outward to inward, and shift the weight gradually to the right be. Both the upper part of the body and the eyes follow the right palm. (Figs.118-1l9)
(3) Continue to turn the upper part of the body to the right. Move the right palm to the right side of the body, forearm turned inward and palm outward. Move the left pe1m in a circle upward to in front of the right shoulder, palm inward. At the same time, move the left foot back close to the right foot and keep them l0-20 centimeters apart, toes forward. Look at the right palm. (Fig.120)
(4) Turn the upper part of the body to the left and shift the weight to the left leg. Move both palms to the right, the left past the face and the right past the abdomen in vertical circles. The upper part of the body and the eyes follow the left hand. (Fig.12l)
(5) Continue to turn the upper part of the body to the left and move the right foot one step to the right side, toes forward. While the hands are waved 1ilie clouds to the left side of the body, gradually turn over the palms, left palm outward and right Palm inward. Look at the left palm. (Fig.l22)
(6) Turn the upper part of the body to the right and shift the weight to the weight leg. Move the left foot close to the right foot, and keep them 10-20 centimeters apart. Move the hands in vertical circles simultaneously, right palm to the right past the face and left palm to the right past the abdomen. While they are moved to the right side of the body, the palms are gradually turned over. Both the upper body and the eyes follow the right palm. (Figs.l23-124)
(7) Repeat the movements in (4) to (6). (Figs.125-128)
Points for attention: Move both feet parallel to the right. Make the steps lightly, inner side of the ball of the foot on the floor first. The whole exercise should be done evenly, steadily and continuously. Use the waist as the axis and keep the upper body upright. While moving the palms, the fingers of the upper palm should not be higher than the eyebrow, and those of the lower palm not lower than the crotch. Do not turn the palms over suddenly.
