23. Kick with Right Heel
(l) Turn the upper body to the right and lift the left foot lightly. Move the right palm backward to the right and turn the left palm over and downward to draw a circle forward and to the left. (Fig.l36)
(2) Move the left foot half a step forward to the left, heel on the floor. At the same time, turn the left forearm outward, palm up and slightly backward. Thread the right Palm forward over the forearm. Look at the right palm. (Fig.137)
(3) Land the left foot, shift the weight forward and bend the left leg forward. Move the right palm in a circle upward and forward and the left palm in a circle downward and backward, right palm down and left palm up. Look at the right palm. (Fig.l38)
(4) Move the right foot to the inner side of the left foot, toes on the floor (or not on the floor). Turn the waist slightly to the left and then to the right. Continue to move the hand in circle, the right palm downward and the left palm upward simultaneously and cross the wrists when they are in front of the chest (right palm outside), both palms inward. Look ahead to the right. (Fig.l39)
(5) Bend the left leg slightly and stand on it firmly. Raise the right foot, kick it slowly forward to the right (west and 30 degrees by north), toes flexed and force focused on the heel. Move the palms separately in curves, one to the right forward and the other to the left backward, elbow slightly bent and wrist at shoulder level, palms outward. The right arm faces the right leg. Look at the right palm. (Fig.l40)
Points for attention: Coordinate the movement of the palms with the turn of the waist. The lines of movement of the palms (horizontal circle and vertical circle) should be connected and the movements should be circular and smooth. Move the Palms and legs oblique1y forward and backward in arcs. Do not push them straight or abruptly. Kick evenly and steadily. Keep the upper body upright. Do not bend the waist or lower the head. Do not hold your breath.
