24. Strike Opponent's Ears with Both Fists
(l) Move the right shank back to bend the knee horizontally, toes down naturally. Turn the left forearm outward and move the left palm upward and forward in an arc and then drop it downward. Turn the right palm over and upward, both palms above the right knee. Look straight ahead. (Fig.l4l)
(2) Land the right foot forward (west and 30 degrees by north), heel on the floor. Drop both palms and clench them into fists slowly at the hips. Look ahead. (Fig.142)
(3) Land the right foot firmly on the floor, and shift the weight forward to form the right bow step. Sweep the fists from both sides upward and forward to ear level, knuckles of both hands down and a head width apart. Keep the arms like pincers. Look ahead. (Fig.143)
Points for attention: De not lower the head or bend the waist. Do not raise the ears or the elbows. Keep it in the same direction as the Kick with Right Heel Exercise, that is, due west by north.
