28. Flash Arm
(l) Turn the upper body slightly to the right, left leg raised. Move the palms upward, left palm close to the inner side of the right wrist. Look ahead. (Fig.l53)
(2) Land the left foot forward and shift the weight forward to form the left bow step. Turn the right palm forward to stop at the right side of the forehead, palm oblique up and fingers to the left. Push the left palm forward past the chest, palm forward at nose level. Look at the left palm. (Fig.l54)
Points for attention: In raising the hands, do not shrug shoulders or raise elbows. In the final position, relax the waist forward and downward. Do not protrude the right hip.
