30. Brush Knee with Left and Right Bow Step (Two)
(l) Bend the left shank, land the left foot by the inner side of the right foot, and turn the upper body to the right. Turn the right palm and lift it up to head level. Move the left palm in an arc, as the body turns, upward and to the right and stop it in front of the right shoulder, palm down. Look at the right Pam. (Fig.162)
(2) Turn the upper body to the left, move the left foot one step forward to the left and shift the weight forward to form the left bow step (about 30 centimeters between the feet). Circle the left palm downward around the left knee and press it by the left hip, fingers forward. Bend the right arm and push it forward past the ear, palm forward at nose level. Look at the right palm fingers. (Fig.l63)
(3) Shift the weight backward, toes of the left foot raised and outward, and turn the upper part of the body to the left. Turn both forearms outward, right palm to the left and left palm up. (Fig.164)
(4) Move the right foot forward to the right, and repeat the previous movements from (1) to (3) on the right side. (Figs.l65-l66)
Points for attention: While pushing the palms, extend the shoulders slightly forward, relax the waist, drop the shoulders and keep the upper body upright.
