What is Bow stance

Bow stance: Raise the right foot and move it forward slowly with the heel landing first and the whole sole planed firmly on the ground. Bend the knee forward with the knee cap not surpassing the tiptoe. Drop the hips and waist and straighten the left leg slowly with the tiptoe obliquely forward. Keep the upper part of the body erect, eyes looking forward.(Fig.4-7)
