What is Horse posture?

Horse stance: keep the body upright and relaxed, move the left foot half a step to the left to shoulder breadth. Put the tiptoes of both feet forward with the weight between the legs. Bend the legs with the knee caps not surpassing the tiptoes. Relax the shoulders, drop the hips and keep the baihui and the croth on a perpendicular line to form horse stance. (Fig.4-4)
