Description:

This is another shortened version of the traditional Yang form. It contains 38 movements but the sequence is not that of the Yang short form although it starts in a similar way. It is filmed outside. The full traditional form from this lineage is available on DVD.

This DVD teaches all the movements of the form from the Chengfu ->Niu lineage without many of the repetitions.

Ding Suide is a student of Niu Chunming, himself a disciple of Yang Chenfu. Ding Suide is a director of International Tai Chi Society in Yongnian, China and Vice chairman of the Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Society.
