Tai Yi Xiao Yao Palm: First Tai Yi is a common Taoist expression of the Great Spirit. This DVD demonstrates Taoist martial arts with all the flavors common to Wudang. Among these is a noteworthy absence of power and periods, by periods we mean definitive movements showing specific focus points. This set seems almost a combination of Tai Chi and Bagua (Pakua), or something like Liu He BaFa. It is fluid and yielding with applications for many moves simply instructed.
